For clinics, dental offices and private practices

The phone rings and WhatsApp buzzes at once.
Let the bot take WhatsApp.

Reception is on the phone, a patient is at the desk, and WhatsApp has nine new messages: hours, location, what a visit costs. ResumiBot answers with a menu, 1) Book an appointment 2) Hours 3) Location 4) Prices. Hours, location and prices answer themselves. Booking hands the chat to reception, who checks the calendar and confirms. The bot never books on its own.

No card. The free plan is permanent: 5 groups and 50 AI calls a month.

The customer writes hi, gets a numbered menu and with 3 is handed to a person
Nine messages, one receptionist

Three ask for the address. Two ask the price. The bot answers those; the receptionist keeps their attention on the patient at the desk.

"Do you have anything this week?"

Booking needs a person who sees the calendar. The menu routes that question to reception and answers everything else.

Patients write at night

Pain does not keep office hours. After hours, the away message answers with whatever you decide: when you open, or where to go if it is urgent.

How it works

1
Load the clinic template

One click and the four options are ready to edit. You add your prices, hours and location. The simulator shows you exactly what a patient would read.

2
Booking goes to a person

When a patient picks "Book an appointment", the bot pauses in that chat and alerts you on WhatsApp. A person checks the calendar and confirms. Nothing is booked by a machine.

3
Reminders, by command

Type !bot recordatorio tomorrow 09:00 confirm Mr. Lopez in your chat with the bot and it reminds you there when the time comes. Every plan, no AI quota.

Two things you should know before signing up

The dashboard is in Spanish for now (your browser can translate it, but it is Spanish). The bot itself writes in the language you choose under "Voz del Bot" (bot voice), so your summaries arrive in English. We would rather tell you here than after you sign up.

What the bot does not do, on purpose

It does not book appointments or confirm slots, and it does not improvise: it answers only what you wrote in the menu and routes the rest to a person, pausing in that chat so no patient is left talking to a machine. Reception keeps the calendar; the bot keeps the queue short.

Before you start: you need a separate number

ResumiBot connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial channel. WhatsApp can permanently block a number it detects as automated, so never connect your personal number. A cheap prepaid SIM, an eSIM or an old phone with its own line works fine.

Do not connect the number your patients already have. If it gets blocked, you lose it. A new number, dedicated to the bot, that goes on your card and your door from now on.

If that number ever gets blocked, you lose that number and nothing else: your account, your groups and everything the bot produced stay here.

Frequently asked questions

Does the bot book appointments?

No. "Book an appointment" hands the chat to reception: the bot pauses there and alerts you. A person checks the calendar and confirms. We do not promise what the bot does not do.

Can I put prices in the menu?

Yes. Each option has its own text, and the clinic template already has a prices option you fill in. Up to 9 options; an option can open a submenu, for example one per specialty.

What happens after hours?

The away message answers with whatever you decide: when you open and what to do if it is urgent. Within hours, the menu answers and reception handles the rest.

Shall we try it?

The free plan is permanent and asks for no card. If it is not for you, you just stop.
