You come home to 487 unread messages and you are the one who has to know what happened. ResumiBot reads the whole group and sends you, every morning, the day in six lines: what was discussed, what was agreed and what is still pending.
No card. The free plan is permanent: 5 groups and 50 AI calls a month.
Two hours away and the group has moved on 400 messages. Reading them all is not an option.
Something was agreed three weeks ago and now nobody remembers exactly what.
You answer the same question every week because nobody scrolls up to read.
At the time you set, it reads everything said in the group since the day before.
Headline of the day, what was most discussed, the agreements and the pending items. Made to read on a phone.
It can reach only you, privately, or be posted in the group. Start private.
The dashboard is in Spanish for now (your browser can translate it, but it is Spanish). The bot itself writes in the language you choose under "Voz del Bot" (bot voice), so your summaries arrive in English. We would rather tell you here than after you sign up.
Message-sending APIs cannot read a group. That is why the daily summary, the topic digest, the podcast and the moderation cannot be rebuilt with one, at any price. It is not that we do it better: they cannot do it.
ResumiBot connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial channel. WhatsApp can permanently block a number it detects as automated, so never connect your personal number. A cheap prepaid SIM, an eSIM or an old phone with its own line works fine.
If that number ever gets blocked, you lose that number and nothing else: your account, your groups and everything the bot produced stay here.
How to get a number for the bot400 messages a day about water, parking and dues. Six lines every morning.
The field trip notice, buried under two hundred messages. Not anymore.
The minutes nobody writes: every decision, filed by date, retrievable.
A new episode every day, generated from yesterday's group. No recording.
They wrote at 11 pm. You answered at 9 am. Not anymore.
Ask what was said about a topic instead of reading 500 messages.
Three bullet points, and you carry on with your day.
The free plan is permanent and asks for no card. If it is not for you, you just stop.
