You are at the wheel, in a meeting or under a sink, and the phone will not stop. You send the bot one message, !bot ausente 2h Driving, I will reply when I get there, and for the next two hours everyone who writes gets that line. When the time is up, or when you write !bot disponible, it goes quiet again.
No card. The free plan is permanent: 5 groups and 50 AI calls a month.
The phone buzzes six times in ten minutes. Answering is dangerous; not answering looks like you are ignoring them.
Hands dirty, a customer in front of you, three more asking "are you there?". You cannot type. They do not know that.
Someone writes, hears nothing, and tries the next name on the list. An honest "I will reply at 3" would have kept them.
From your own WhatsApp you write to the bot's number: !bot ausente 2h followed by your text. 30m, 2h or 1d, whatever the job needs.
For that long, whoever writes gets your text, once per contact, so nobody reads the same line five times. It works even if your scheduled away message is off.
When the time runs out the bot goes quiet again. Back early? Write !bot disponible and it stops right there.
The dashboard is in Spanish for now (your browser can translate it, but it is Spanish). The bot itself writes in the language you choose under "Voz del Bot" (bot voice), so your summaries arrive in English. We would rather tell you here than after you sign up.
If you would rather not type, the dashboard has one-tap buttons for driving (1h), in a meeting (2h), eating (45m) and traveling (1d). And !bot ausente on its own, with no time and no text, means one hour with the text you saved. It does not detect that you are driving: you switch it on, in two seconds.
ResumiBot connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial channel. WhatsApp can permanently block a number it detects as automated, so never connect your personal number. A cheap prepaid SIM, an eSIM or an old phone with its own line works fine.
Do not connect the number your customers already have. If it gets blocked, you lose your client list. The bot gets its own number, the one you serve from going forward, and you send it the !bot ausente command from your own WhatsApp.
If that number ever gets blocked, you lose that number and nothing else: your account, your groups and everything the bot produced stay here.
How to get a number for the botBusy mode is part of the away message, on the Pro plan ($19/month). The free plan summarizes groups; it does not serve customers.
While you are busy, the menu answers prices and hours on its own and hands the chat to you only when asked. Pro plan.
The whole setup for whoever is on a job and cannot pick up: busy mode, menu and follow-up. Pro plan.
You flag a customer and the bot alerts you if 24 hours pass with no reply from them. Pro plan.
No. Apps that run on your phone can do that; ResumiBot runs on our server, so you switch it on with a message or a tap. In exchange, it does not depend on your phone being on or online.
Once per contact, with a cooldown you can configure. Someone who writes three times in an hour reads your line once.
Send the command again with a new time. !bot ausente 1d covers a whole day.
The free plan is permanent and asks for no card. If it is not for you, you just stop.
