Business hours, away message, automatic welcome and keyword replies are on the Pro plan. That is a different problem with its own page: the business one.
ResumiBot connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial channel. WhatsApp can permanently block a number it detects as automated, so never connect your personal number. A cheap prepaid SIM, an eSIM or an old phone with its own line works fine.
For a business the dedicated number matters even more: never connect the line your customers use. A new line, just for the bot.
If that number ever gets blocked, you lose that number and nothing else: your account, your groups and everything the bot produced stay here.

You decide: only the account owner, privately, or posted in the team group.
The daily summary is for groups. For one conversation with a customer there is the chat summary, on the Deluxe plan.
The free plan is permanent and asks for no card. If it is not for you, you just stop.
