Every group has someone acting as the human calendar: reminds the day before, repeats the time, confirms the place. ResumiBot does it for that person: you type !bot recordatorio tomorrow 10:00 residents meeting and the bot reminds the chat when the time comes.
No card. The free plan is permanent: 5 groups and 50 AI calls a month.
If you do not remember, nobody does. And sometimes not even you.
The appointment, the deadline, the payment. Said once, buried a minute later.
Opening another app to set a reminder is exactly why you do not set it.
!bot recordatorio [date/time] [text]. Example: !bot recordatorio 25/03 14:00 pay the dues. The bot reminds in that same chat.
!bot agendar [date/time] [title]. Example: !bot agendar friday 18:00 assembly. It is recorded in your dashboard.
"mañana 10:00" (tomorrow), a weekday with a time, "25/03 14:00" or just "14:00" for today (or tomorrow if it already passed).
The dashboard is in Spanish for now (your browser can translate it, but it is Spanish). The bot itself writes in the language you choose under "Voz del Bot" (bot voice), so your summaries arrive in English. We would rather tell you here than after you sign up.
A reminder is a one-off notice a person asks for. Recurring scheduled messages ("good morning every Monday at 8") are another feature, on the Pro plan, configured from the dashboard.
ResumiBot connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial channel. WhatsApp can permanently block a number it detects as automated, so never connect your personal number. A cheap prepaid SIM, an eSIM or an old phone with its own line works fine.
If that number ever gets blocked, you lose that number and nothing else: your account, your groups and everything the bot produced stay here.
How to get a number for the botReminders and the agenda are on every plan and do not use AI quota.
In the same chat where the reminder was created: in the group if you set it there, privately if you set it in your own chat.
No. Commands only run for the account owner, from their own number. It is an anti-spam protection.
No. Reminders and the agenda do not go through the AI, so they use no quota.
The free plan is permanent and asks for no card. If it is not for you, you just stop.
