Two things you should know before signing up

The dashboard is in Spanish for now (your browser can translate it, but it is Spanish). The bot itself writes in the language you choose under "Voz del Bot" (bot voice), so your summaries arrive in English. We would rather tell you here than after you sign up.

What the bot reads is sacred in another sense

These are personal conversations of your community. Tell the group the bot is there, explain what it does, and use private mode for what should not be public. The archive can be deleted whenever you want.

Before you start: you need a separate number

ResumiBot connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial channel. WhatsApp can permanently block a number it detects as automated, so never connect your personal number. A cheap prepaid SIM, an eSIM or an old phone with its own line works fine.

If that number ever gets blocked, you lose that number and nothing else: your account, your groups and everything the bot produced stay here.

Can the bot have a respectful tone?

Yes. Among the seven voices there is a formal one and a warm one without humor. You pick it in the dashboard and change it anytime.

Does it store the conversations?

It stores the summaries it generates, by group and date. You can delete them from the dashboard. What the bot reads to summarize is not used for anything else.

Which number do I use for the bot?

A dedicated one, never the pastor's or the office's personal number. Many churches have an institutional line that works fine.
