Half of what you type on WhatsApp you already typed yesterday. ResumiBot gives you quick replies with a shortcut, templates with variables that fill themselves in and labels to know, without opening the chat, who already bought and who is still asking.
No card. The free plan is permanent: 5 groups and 50 AI calls a month.
Price, delivery, hours, how to pay. Letter by letter, chat by chat.
A hundred open chats and no way to know which is pending payment without reading it.
You sent John the message meant for Mary. With her name in it.
One shortcut per usual answer. You type the shortcut, the full text comes out.
"Hi {nombre}, your order ships on {fecha}". The variables fill in with the contact's data.
Customer, interested, supplier, pending. You set them and see them on each chat from the dashboard.
The dashboard is in Spanish for now (your browser can translate it, but it is Spanish). The bot itself writes in the language you choose under "Voz del Bot" (bot voice), so your summaries arrive in English. We would rather tell you here than after you sign up.
ResumiBot connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial channel. WhatsApp can permanently block a number it detects as automated, so never connect your personal number. A cheap prepaid SIM, an eSIM or an old phone with its own line works fine.
If that number ever gets blocked, you lose that number and nothing else: your account, your groups and everything the bot produced stay here.
How to get a number for the botTemplates, quick replies and labels are on the Pro plan ($19/month).
No. You pick them when replying. What goes out on its own is the welcome, the away message and keyword replies.
Contact name, date and whatever you define in each template. They fill in when you use it.
No. They are internal notes only you see in the dashboard.
The free plan is permanent and asks for no card. If it is not for you, you just stop.
