A work chat is not read: it is dragged through. Two hundred messages, three voice notes and a photo of the receipt, spread over four days. ResumiBot gives you that whole conversation back summarized: what they asked, what was agreed and what is still open.
No card. The free plan is permanent: 5 groups and 50 AI calls a month.
To remember what was discussed you have to scroll up four days of chat, and the detail that mattered still slips.
A teammate enters the conversation and starts by asking what the customer already explained twice.
The price you gave, the date you accepted, the exception you made. It is written, but buried.
From the dashboard you choose the conversation and how many hours back you want to cover.
ResumiBot reads the whole exchange — the voice notes too, transcribed — and sorts it out.
What the customer asked, what was agreed, the amounts and dates mentioned and what is still open.
The dashboard is in Spanish for now (your browser can translate it, but it is Spanish). The bot itself writes in the language you choose under "Voz del Bot" (bot voice), so your summaries arrive in English. We would rather tell you here than after you sign up.
It works both for coming back to a customer you left a week ago and for passing the conversation to someone else on the team without the customer having to repeat themselves.
ResumiBot connects to WhatsApp through an unofficial channel. WhatsApp can permanently block a number it detects as automated, so never connect your personal number. A cheap prepaid SIM, an eSIM or an old phone with its own line works fine.
If that number ever gets blocked, you lose that number and nothing else: your account, your groups and everything the bot produced stay here.
How to get a number for the botThe chat summary is on the Deluxe plan ($49/month), along with smart reply, lead capture and multi-language. We tell you before you sign up: this feature cannot be tried on the free plan.
Answering after hours, business hours, templates and quick replies. Pro plan.
The six-minute audio, in bullets or transcribed word for word. Available on the free plan.
The same, for boards and committees: what was decided and who is in charge.
Yes, that is exactly what it is for: the conversation with a customer or a contact, summarized into what they asked and what was agreed.
Yes. It transcribes them and includes them in the summary.
No. It is on the Deluxe plan ($49 a month).
The free plan is permanent and asks for no card. If it is not for you, you just stop.
